Personal information &
Data Collection Notification
 According to Article 8 of Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter "the Act"), the following items should be informed precisely by First Bank (hereinafter "the Bank") when collecting your personal information & data:
(1) Purpose of collection:
 The Bank collects your information & data in respect to regulations and business needs, and also uses the information & data in the scope of Smart ChatBot services.
(2) Categories of personal information & data:
 Personal information & data includes ID, IP address, GPS positioning, several transactional data, etc.
(3) Time period, territory, recipients and method of the use of personal information & data:
 (i) Time period: retention period in accordance with the service contracts or business needs.
 (ii) Recipients: the Bank, legally investigation authority or financial supervisory authority.
 (iii) Territory: domestic.
 (iv) Method: by way of automatic or non-automatic measures that is compliance with personal information & data protection relevant regulations.
(4) According to Article 3 of the Act, the following rights should be exercised by you with regard to your personal information & data collected by the Bank:
 (i) You may make an inquire of and to review or request a copy of your personal information & data but the Bank may charge a fee to cover necessary costs.
 (ii) You may request to supplement or correct your personal information & data but in terms of the Act, you shall provide an adequate explanation.
 (iii) You may demand the cessation of collection, processing or use and to erase your personal information & data. However, the preceding sentence may not be applicable if the processing or use is either necessary for the performance of an official or business duty, or has been agreed to by you in writing.
Please refer to the Bank’s branches or customer service for the request of exercising your rights prescribed above.
(5) You are in the position to decide whether providing personal information & data above. However, the Bank may not be able to provide you relevant Smart ChatBot services if you refuse to provide personal information & data.
